Privacy Policy Agreement

1. Purposes for which personal information is collected and used

GC Pharma may collect and use personal information listed below from customers for, and shall not use personal information collected for any purposes other than, the following purposes
  1. ①to handle customer inquiries and requests
  2. ②to identify customers and their complications
  3. ③to contact customers to ascertain the necessary facts and inform them of the outcomes of their inquiries/requests.
GC Pharma shall obtain customers’ additional consent before making changes to any of the above-mentioned purposes.

2. Types of information collected

GC Pharma shall gather only the minimum necessary types of personal information from customers and with their consent. The types of personal information collected are
  • first and last names
  • mobile phone numbers
  • e-mail addresses
  • home addresses
  • passwords
  • occupations.

3. Duration for which personal information is kept

GC Pharma, in principle, deletes and destroys the personal information it has collected from customers without delay upon satisfying the objective(s) for which such information has been collected. Personal information is processed and kept by the company for different durations depending on different purposes
  1. ①until the termination of customer consultation in cases where personal information has been collected from customers to handle their inquiries or requests
  2. ②until completion of an investigation in cases where customers’ personal information is needed for investigation of alleged crimes and violations of law.

4. Failure to indicate consent: Your failure to indicate consent to these terms and conditions will result in GC Pharma’s refusal to provide customer consultation and services.

Third-Party Information Sharing Agreement

1. General

  1. ①Green Cross and its website (www.gccorp.com) may share the personal information it has collected from customers with third parties only subject to customer consent and in accordance with applicable laws, including Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  2. ②Green Cross and its website share the following types of information with third parties
    • dates of birth
    • mobile phone numbers
    • first and last names
    • e-mail addresses.
    • The third parties with whom Green Cross shares the aforementioned types of personal information are: GCMS, GCEM, GC Wellbeing, GC Healthcare, GC Lab Cell, GC Cell, and GC Genome.
    • Personal information is shared with the aforementioned third parties for the purpose of answering customer inquiries and requests.
    • The third parties are to delete and destroy the personal information of customers without delay upon fulfilling the purpose for which it has been shared.
This policy is effective as of January 1, 2013.

4. Failure to indicate consent: Your failure to indicate consent to these terms and conditions will result in GC Pharma’s refusal to provide customer consultation and services.
