Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

GC Green Cross Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) obtains consent for the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Article 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act.


1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes. Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified. If the purpose of collection changes, the Company will notify members and obtain additional consent.
  1. Customer Inquiry: Handling inquiries related to products, complaints/adverse events, CMO, partnerships, responding to civil complaints, verifying customer identity, contacting for fact investigation and notification, and communicating inquiry results.
  2. Telephone Consultation: Handling civil complaints, telephone consultations, confirming call content for quality improvement and dispute response.

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

The Company collects only the minimum necessary personal information and obtains consent for this. The items collected are as follows:
  1. Customer Inquiry
    Required: Name, email, mobile phone number, IP address, inquiry content
    Optional: Occupation, address
  2. Telephone Consultation
    Required: Name, mobile phone number, inquiry content, voice information (recording)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company retains personal information for the following period as agreed by the customer at the time of collection. However, if required by law, personal information will be retained for the period specified by relevant laws.
Customer Inquiry/Telephone Consultation: 3 years from the time the service is provided

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal

You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. If you refuse consent, you will not be able to receive online/offline consultation services provided upon consent.

Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

GC Green Cross Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) obtains consent for the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Articles 15 and 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of personal information to third parties. However, if you refuse consent, services such as inquiry handling and chatbot consultation through affiliates may be restricted
